Interested in Sponsoring the tournament?

If your organization is interested in becoming a sponsor and/or making a donation, we have outlined some of the Sponsorship Packages that are now available for the 12th Annual Patrick Rubin Memorial Softball Tournament.  We are also in the process of reaching out to various organizations in hopes of obtaining prizes and donations for the day of the tournament and the raffle that will be taking place during the evening event at Riverside Inn in Branchburg, NJ.  We understand that times are tough, but anything you can afford to donate would be greatly appreciated!

All proceeds form the 12th Annual Patrick Rubin Memorial Softball Tournament will be donated to the Patrick Michael Rubin Scholarship Fund.  Sponsorship and Raffle donations are due by Friday, July 15, 2023 so that items for the tournament and raffle can be prepared in time.  If you have any questions or need information on tax forms please contact patrubinsoftballtournament@gmail.com.

   • Company/Donor logo or name featured on sign adjacent to the ball fields

   • EXCLUSIVE! Company/Donor logo or name featured a team t-shirt (capped at 1st 12 Commissioner donors)

2. Franchise

   • Donation Amount: $500 or item(s) of equal value

   • Company/Donor logo or name featured on the Patrick Rubin Memorial Softball Tournament Banner

3. General Manager
